Kinds of Palm Oil

 Palm oil has 2 main differences being; red oil and white oil.

The red oil is gotten from pressing palm pulp surrounding the inner kernel.

This non-fat red oil is mostly used as vegetable cooking oil, good for human consumption (edible oil) as a result of its less or no cholesterol level .  ACP-18 is used for pressing the red palm oil at an extra-ordinarily fast and efficient way.

The white palm kernel oil is gotten from pressing nuts inside of kernel,

 using as industrial oil and in perfumeries.
